Her La Scala debut was as Gilda in 1914. She was contemporary equal of Barrientos, Galvany & Capsir quite a Spanish foursome of coloraturas!

In 1939 she settled in Zurich married to a Swiss psychiatrist and except for some concert work and a few post war appearances retired. UNCOMMON.
