the waters is they sweet voice to me Parish Alvars Vienna Dec. 13th 1845" The English Harpist/composer 1809-1849 was Vienna based
for most of his career, a brilliant virtuoso and composer whose technical innovations on the double action harp inspired Berlioiz,
Liszt, Mendelssohn and others EXCEPTIONALLY RARE
